      Goal
Investigate current project behavior and see if UX improvements need to be made.

      Background
TWO RFE's related to project behavior have been opened.

      1. An RFE was opened requesting a change in project behavior - let's review that request to see if it makes sense and if there are any other areas for improvement (the search page comes to mind). The RFE asks for the dashboard page to retain the project selected. See gif below.
      2. A second RFE was opened that asks us to investigate the ability to improve the visibility when the console changes the selected project without the user doing so themselves. A common example, users often forgot to switch to the appropriate project when completing install operations. This led to confusion, undoing actions, and repeating actions in the correct project. This feedback was reported by the IBM team - see doc.

      Requirements
Investigate the RFE's above and if necessary, provide UX guidance for improvement. Reach out to IBM team to understand the exact flow that is failing 38%.

      Consider

      • Can we make it more obvious what your current project is
      • Can we make it more clear when you create something and prevent you from creating something in the default (warn users)
