Goal:
For the new cluster creation in ACM we need to ensure we deliver something that is flexible for all cluster types. This story will focus on covering all provider types in ACM today and in the near future. 

Background:
Initially this effort was started to investigate what Hypershift could look like in the ACM cluster creation flow and it quickly became evident that we'll need to think about all providers if we want to introduce Hypershift in an impactful way.

Requirements
Identify all the providers that will surface in the ACM wizard in 2.6
Ensure we have a card that covers what they offer in the "Cluster catalog" that is being introduced via the Hypershift effort.
Work with the right PMs to ensure buy in from all who contribute to the cluster creation flow.
