      Goal 
      Improve user's naming method for managed clusters 

      Current state
      The cluster name help text presents wrong information with an old openshift URL address. 

      Requirements 

      1. Provide a better info text on how to name managed clusters (cc: afialkoff, dayle.parker) 
      2. Mention the option to use Route 53 DNS option in the following steps 
      3. Perhaps present how would the name effect the cluster address (see Assistant installer for reference)
