Design for read only state of YAML in wizard

      We are currently investigating a few paths for the wizard one being a situation where the YAML is read-only on the final step of the wizard and cannot be edited. 

      This task needs to investigate what that read-only state could look like. 

      It should also cover the messaging around how to inform the user why it's read-only.

      If possible it would be nice if we could provide a copy YAML option which I don't think is currently available.
