Currently we require a user to add a name to the boot source. The new flow should be:
When creating a boot source the name is auto populated with the name but the user can adjust if they don't like it.

We also need to allow them to edit the boot source name once they've saved it. 
This will require an updated popover for the boot source that has an edit option.
