Currently when a non cluster admin has limited access to the metrics, at that time when you try to query the metrics its results in a wanring starting Access Restricted this is a little misleading as it should be a warning stating Limited Access.

This helps in making customer aware that they are having limited permission and there is no issue with metrics displayed

Also the Dot that we see in warning is Red it should be changed to yellow because its a warning and not Error which is generally related to Red Colour.
