When Project is selected in  (example)`Workload > Pods` affects Alerting rule Alerts  listed Observe>Alerting > Alerting Rules > (user rules)

Default project (has no rules) ===>. No user rules will be listed in   Observe>Alerting > Alerting Rules > (user rules)

ns-testapp-logalert-bbb (has one rule) ==> One user rules will be listed in   Observe>Alerting > Alerting Rules > (user rules)

All projects ==> All project user rules will be listed in   Observe>Alerting > Alerting Rules > (user rules)

Reprod:

1> Create a cluster on 4.18

2> Install Logging and Loki
3> Create 2,3 projects, AletingRule for each project :

4> Login as KubeAdmin try listing alrting rules in Observe>Alerting > Alerting Rules > (user rules) with diffrent Project toggels in Workload > Pods
