Filter by container does not provide an option to view the logs of container for deleted pods

      Description of problem:

      In observe--> logs menu when trying to filter the logs by container, it does not provide the list containers for the pods that are deleted this creates a problem to view the logs of deleted pods

      4.14+

      How reproducible:

      100% reproducible

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.deploy a cluster with loki
          2.delete a pod wait for 12 to 15 hours
          3.now try filter by container to see the logs of the deleted pods , the option to view that log is not available
          

      Actual results:

      Cannot find deleted pods/container in the filter list

      Expected results:

      Should be able to find the option to view pods/container of delete pods
