      1. Log into ocp as admin
      2. Observe > Alerting
      3. Alerting rules tab
      4. Choose an alert rule that does not have firing alert
      5. Click on this alerting rule
      6. Scroll to the bottom

      Actual: None found

      Suggested: When we have firing alert listed, we have a table. Couldn't we show the table in an empty state? It is strange to have a floating None found label.
