      Context: 

      "Can we use a public image from docker.ioquay.io, or some public RH registry? I was able to build with FROM }}{{docker.io/golang:1.23{} as go-builder.
       Adding another login requirement makes dev less accessible to potential contributors outside this group, and more awkward for us. " Slack 

       

      Update Dockerfile to use `registry.redhat.io/ubi9/go-toolset:latest AS go-builder`. A follow up to:
