When upgrading to go 1.22, there weren't images available that we needed, so we used another teams internal image `quay.io/redhat-cne/openshift-origin-release:rhel-9-golang-1.22-openshift-4.17`. However all tech debt eventually comes back out, and that image has been deleted so we need to move all of our plugins onto different images. This will need to happen in each repo on each branch since the CI will fail when unable to build an image.
