Context

In order to allow OCP users to define fine grained access to dashboards and datasources. We need to define the strategy to integrate with k8s. The role binding should be able to be used within ACM's RBAC scheme for the hub cluster

Options:

1. Adjust Perses backend so is able to consume k8s roles
2. Synchronize Perses roles and role bindings with k8s roles and role bindings

Outcome

We have a plan to integrate Perses Roles, RoleBindings, GlobalRoles and GlobalRoleBindings
