Background

The current implementation of the Export as CSV button can be improved. A main call-to-action button is a strong component of a benign action.

Outcomes

To align with PatternFly UI recommendations, we can use a text button for the "Export as CSV" functionality.

The attached design shows a recommended solution for this issue that is aligned with PatternFly's common practices.
