      “As a console user, I want to be able to configure links in dashboards, so that I can navigate easily between related dashboards”

      Acceptance Criteria

      Given a Perses dashboard in the OpenShift console

      When clicking on a dashboard or panel group link 

      Then I can navigate to another dashboard or a section in the console
