Background

When certificates of the dynamic plugins deployments get rotated or re created. We need to use the new certificates

Outcomes

All plugins using a Go backend should dynamically reload the certificates and its key

How to Test

• With a plugin installed in a cluster. Delete the Secret in which the serving certificate resides
