      Background

It it beneficial for Kubernetes and the Operators we are deploying on to have liveness and readiness checks (docs, example) on our plugin's deployments. However, when the health endpoint is hit, it logs the information leading to a large volume of mostly meaningless logs.

      Outcomes

      1. The health endpoint in all plugins doesn't log incoming requests
        2. The log level can be configured using the `-log.level` flag

      h.2 Scope
      Plugins to be adjusted:

      • troubleshooting panel
      • dashboards
      • Logging
