Background

Currently the query is not re-run when clicking the run query button twice, because the state is unchanged.

Outcomes

Support re-running unchanged query to refresh the results. Probably needs changes to PersesWrapper and/or selecting begin/end date in absolute time instead of relative time (15min ago etc.)
