      Background

      e2e for the monitoring plugin were disabled when moving the plugin out of the console, some bugs reported should have been caught by the testing.

      Outcomes

      The e2e tests for the monitoring plugin are enabled, these tests should use a cluster so we can guarantee the compatibility
