Background

In order to align features expectations for customers and teams when installing a plugin in OCP using COO, we need to provide 2 compatibility matrices describing the plugin versions per COO version and the plugin features enabled in a specific OCP version

Outcomes

• Documentation in COO Github repo exists describing which plugins are available in which COO version
• Documentation in COO Github repo exists describing which plugin features are available for a given OCP version
