How to reproduce:

1. Deploy a process to generate alerts, e.g. 

oc apply -f https://github.com/korrel8r/demos/blob/main/kdc-texas/bad-deployment.yaml

2. In the console, open Observe>Alerting>KubePodCrashLooping

3. Click TroubleShooting panel

4. If the panel displays correctly, make an insignificant edit to the query (e.g. add a space at the end) and hit Query. Repeat.
