Background

In order to guarantee that the troubleshooting panel works correctly when deployed with COO, we need to add integration tests using Cypress to check the plugin functionality 

Outcomes

• Cypress tests are created in the troubleshooting panel plugin
• The tests should be executed standalone (without COO)
• Test that the focus button can extract a query from the current URL
• Test that when a resource is clicked from the graph view, the console navigates to a specific link
