Background

A bug fix [1] was merged into Perses upstream to fix the scatter plot imports. This bug fix is necessary to render the embedded scatterplot in the distributed-tracing-console-plugin [2]. 

We must update the plugin's `package.json` once the latest version is released (@perses-dev v.45). 

This ticket is used as a tracker/reminder to replace `0.0.0-snapshot-scatterplot-fix-imports-95e1b59` when the next version of Perses is released (@perses-dev v.45).

• distributed-tracing-console-plugin > package.json > `0.0.0-snapshot-scatterplot-fix-imports-95e1b59` replaced with the next Perses released (@perses-dev v.45) which includes the scatterplot import bug fix
