“As as SRE/Platform Engineer, I see alerts grouped by certain criteria, e.g. by time, source, so that I can understand their relation to a critical alert.” I want to be able to see alerts by groups to be able to filter out irrelevant alert noise.

Acceptance Criteria

Given We filter alerts by various attributes but no alert grouping functionality 

When We go to the Alerts page and view alerts

Then We should be able to view alerts and be able to view them by criteria-based groups
