Description

This is an effort to have aesthetic cohesion and be aligned with the rest of OCP. We're updating the Observability user experience with PatternFly UI/UX recommendations.

The issue

The current position of the overflow icon in the alert's row is off.

The goal

• To fix the overflow icon and move it to a standard position on the alert rows.
