Background

initially the default query includes `log_type="<tenant>"`, but the tenant is selected from a dropdown. This is confusing as even by changing the query manually this wont produce any results as the tenant is in the API endpoint. 

Outcomes

In the case the user has selected at least one filter, the `log_type` matcher should be removed. If the user has not selected a default filter the `log_type` can be kept.
