1. Go To Observe > Dashboards (Perses)
2. Create a dashboard
3. Change Time Range = Last 6 hours
4. Click on Save
5. Modal is opened asking about saving default values, such as Last 6h
6. Click on Save changes button
7. Leave the dashboard and load it again

Actual Result: Time range is defaulted to Last 30min again

Expected Result: Time range should be persisted and loaded with the last change. Comparing to https://demo.perses.dev/, it is persisted there.
