[non-monitoring] Webpack/Esbuild/Typescript/Openshift SDK version bumps

      The console team has upgraded a number of packages related to the development server and typing of our projects. We need to update theses packages and the openshift sdk version.

       

      We should upgrade the same packages they have done in this PR:
