Actual result:

• When navigating to the fleet management observe -> alerts, in some cases there are no alerts listed. The API call to the rules endpoint includes a namespace that was previously selected but the current view does not allow to select a namespace

Expected Result:

• A namespace selector is added so the preferred all namespaces or specific namespace option can be selected and the API returns the right alerts.
