Background

This ticket tracks the list of changes needed upstream for the customizable dashboard initiative with the monitoring-plugin >> perses dashboards.

• OU-1044 UX change for Editing Panel

  • UX changes to allow OCP component `DashboardDropdown` to align with perses `DashboardToolBars` 
  • UX changes to revert back to previous TimeRange and RefreshInterval 
• OU-1047 Patternfly Theming for Charts 
  • Couldn't readily add PF theming to override MUI openshift/monitoring-plugin >> PersesWrapper.tsx. May need upstream changes to pass themeing to VictoryCharts.
• OU-1046 Update LogsTable plugin 
  • Related to OU-1023, monitoring-plugin PR, perses-plugins PR
  • Update LogsTable rspack.config.ts to use 
    createConfigForPlugin() function to enable proxy usage 
• OU-1045 Integrate upstream changes into COO
  • Related to OU-1023, monitoring-plugin PR, perses-plugins PR
  • Create release for perses/plugins
  • Update perses/perses to use the new versions of perses/plugins 
  • Update rhobs/observability-operator to get the new image of perse/perses
