Scenario: Create a new silence and then Edit silence regarding Label # Does not matter if it is All projects or namespace specific
- Create a new silence
 - Label Name = a
 - Label Value = a
 - Insert a Comment
 - Click on Submit
 - Edit this silence

Result: Label Name and Label Value fields are visually "editable", however if I try to really edit it, it is not allowed, the same for RegEx and Negative matcher checkboxes, both "editable" but I cannot click on it.

Expected Result:
- Should this row be disabled, except the REMOVE
button ?? - or if I can remove it, should I be able to edit existing labels?
 - thinking about existing alerts already silenced by this  "silence rule/definition", if we change labels, should existing silenced alerts that matched this rule be "Firing" again?

Per rh-ee-pyurkovi:
Sounds like they should be read only except for the remove if they aren't actually editable. Could you make a ticket for investigation?
This might be something that we just look to fix during the alerting pages redo that rh-ee-smordech has been working on, since IDK if they are making any changes to the silence edit/create form
 - Testing in Recreate silence flow, we have a similar situation where Labels seems to be editable but in fact they are not if you try to type/edit, nothing happens.
