OCM UI consumes OCM API (Cluster management service in https://api.openshift.com/ ) . So if we want to somehow expose the conditional risks in OCM UI then the OCM API needs to be changed for this.

Definition of done:

• Talk to the OCM API team to understand if we can add conditional update to the API for both hosted control plane (HCP) and classic ROSA. Conditional update for HCP is of higher priority. 
• Make sure they have a design document for this and required Jira cards for this.
• Get agreement on priority and ETA for this work.
