    Description

      We are adding a new platform type ("external") to OCP 4.14. Details are in OCPBU-510

      Do we need anything in CVO for this platform type to work as other platforms? For example the conditional update will work as long as we have a metric for platform type is external.

      Definition of Done: 

      • Create new cards wrt work or decide we don't need any!
