Update the update channel chapter to

• de-emphasize the "graph" aspects of the implementation
• Bring all language about "blocked" updates in line with the newer "recommended update" and "supported but not recommended" language
• Sufficiently address conditional updates
• Reduce the perception of fast channel risk and better explain the differences between fast and stable channels
• Explain more situations where the fast channel makes sense
