For registries such as Artifactory which don't use "next_page" the rust library for listing images, dkregistry-rs, currently terminates at 20 entries.  A PR was submitted to ensure better alignment with the spec for tag pagination as defined by the docker API v2 Spec here, while also maintaining compatibility with servers that use the "next_page" url query parameter such as quay.
