During a recent service checkpoint done by App-SRE, we have found that the Cincinnati SOPs is missing a basic SOP for verifying the functionnality of the service.

This is important as a general debugging process and when unexpected problems occurs especially if the service is experiencing difficulties and other SOPs are not helping
