As I write this card there are a couple stay PRs in our graph-data repo.  A few PRs should have been dropped last week and another failed to merge on time because of a merge conflict.  We need a way to be notified of these situations. 

One suggestion is slack message that informs us if any "Enable ... " PRs have been open more than 6 days.  We could make it smarter than that.
