Customers who had bad experience with OpenShift 3 updates or early versions of OpenShift4 needs some more information to improve their confidence on updates.
This card accepance criteria is
- Documentation on how to avoid user errors during update.
- A blog post which includes customer testimonies about how updates in OCP v4 working for them. (We need to identify customers who have been successful with updates)
We will create another card for below
- Best practices documentation, FAQs
- What are current stats around updates on various platforms which can be shared with customers.
- What are the steps to recover after an update goes bad?
- How to check if a cluster is in a good state/ready to be upgraded?
We start with a blog post and two and depending how useful these blog post become we can add them to the OpenShift official docs.
