"ClusterVersion/version"'s status is the "narmal" channel that CVO communicates with cluster admins about how CVO works.

CVO keeps the information there up to date.

If the update fails too often, we should notify cluster admins via another channel.

• The alert ClusterVersionStatusUpdatesFailing exists and it is activated if the failures of CVO udpating clusterversion.status takes place too often.
