      As an QE engineer I want to make use of AI capabilities to generate code for PR utilizing AGENTS.md, .clinerules etc. This allows org-wide contributions to upgrade CI testing profiles, and make the review, maintenance at ease

      Goal
      Ensure our Prow CI folder can be recognized by Claude.
      If it is possible, create an AI bot in slack channel to help us interact with AI robots to get CI status.

      Scenarios
      1. Create AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md under ci-operator/jobs/openshift/openshift-tests-private so that the folder can be recognized by Claude.
      2. Finish some slash commands to help us understand the CI job coverage.
      3. If it is possible, create an AI bot in slack channel to help us run above slash command to get CI status.
