Building on 4.18's recommend subcommand (OTA-1270) and 4.19's alert-fetching pre-checks (OTA-1422), this ticket tracks additional client side work folks are asking for in 4.20. I'd been hoping we could shift the focus away from client-side polishing while we worked on an in-cluster API (OCPSTRAT-2118, OTA-1452), but folks wanted some of the eventual command-line stubbed out to help clarify the target user experience, and this Epic is tracking that work.
