      Run below command to enable the TP feature:

      export OC_ENABLE_CMD_UPGRADE_RECOMMEND=true

       

      To get helps can run below command:

      oc adm upgrade recommend --help

       

      The new recommend command will support below 2 options:

       

      oc adm upgrade recommend --version=4.xx.xx
oc adm upgrade recommend --include-not-recommended
