The goal is to create documentation to describe the current state of HyperShift and the evaluation of conditional updates for hosted clusters so that we can discover any gaps we need to work on and so that the users can use the conditional risks. The documentation should contain the steps of using conditional updates in HyperShift at this current state.

• Documentation was created.
• Documentation was reviewed by the OTA team.
• Related parties are notified.
