      aws-ipi-ovn-hypershift-inplace-f7 has been suggested to test the rollback scenario. But currently the hypershift inplace step doesn't support recursive upgrade, like 4.y.0 upgrades to 4.y.nightly then downgrades to 4.y.0. The cards aims to track the effort needed to support in-place rollback.
