    Description

      Just like OTA-1192, but aimed at OCPSTRAT-1157's pivot to "Paused Worker Pool Updates".  The current web-console UX there is CONSOLE-2976's Full cluster update vs. Partial cluster update as seen in these screenshots. Is that UX already aligned with this effort? Or does it need changes?
