Just like ~~OTA-1192~~, but aimed at OCPSTRAT-1157's pivot to "Paused Worker Pool Updates". The current web-console UX there is ~~CONSOLE-2976~~'s Full cluster update vs. Partial cluster update as seen in these screenshots. Is that UX already aligned with this effort? Or does it need changes?
