To support z-rollback for 4.12, we need to add z-rollback tests in CI for the selected test configurations here and make them informing jobs.

Scenarios to be covered:

1. Customer is running release 4.12.0
2. Customer initiates update to 4.12.z
3. Cluster upgrades to 4.12.z successfully
4. Some user applications go wrong
5. Customer rolls back to 4.12.0
6. Cluster rolls back to 4.12.0 successfully
7. Cluster is healthy
