Why is this important? (mandatory)
OpenShift Update Service adds the ability to update Openshift Clusters in disconnected environments by creating update graph which is identical to the one served by hosted OpenShift Update Service.
This provides a seamless update experience to disconnected clusters which exactly replicates the connected cluster.
