The Kiali integration with Grafana consist on URLs to the different dashboards, depending on the view: Control plane, workload, service, ... This URL will redirect to the corresponding dashboard using different variables predefined in the configuration.

• Analyze dashboard perses URL format
• Define how to configure Kiali to use Perses:

• Perses should be added in external_services or should be substituted by Grafana, by creating a high level section like Dashboards and define a provider Perses/grafana?
• Analise different URL formats for upstream/downtream (Standalone + OSSMC, probably should be different)
