As a pre-req to documenting the single network multi-cluster topologies, we should have a documented test procedure to validate these two Istio topologies on OpenShift. To establish a single network across two clusters, Submariner (Included with Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management) should be used to establish a single network across two clusters.

The output of this story is to include:

• A documented test procedure (including environment setup) with Submariner to establish a single network across two clusters + OSSM setup with the following multi-cluster topologies:

• • Single network primary-remote
  • Single network multi-primary
• Use the latest available versions of OSSM, RHACM and Submariner at the time of testing.

Note: This issue does not include automating these test cases as part of a regression. This can be added later if needed. This issue is to run a one time test and document the procedure.
