The script used to execute integration tests (prow/integ_suite_ocp.sh) should be modified to have programmable HUB and TAG values to be able to execute test using any image registry.
Now the HUB value for istio images is static "image-registry.openshift-image-registry.svc:5000/${NAMESPACE} " this will be modified to an environment variable.
