When you add or remove namespaces from ServiceMeshMemberRoll, Kiali deployment will be changed and kiali pod will be recreated.

During this time, kiali will throw some errors at user because of the kiali pod is restarting.

This issue affects OpenShift ServiceMesh 1.0.0 GA.
It won't be fixed in OpenShift ServiceMesh 1.0.1.
